A Winning Team

Hackensack University Medical Center and the New York Giants have formed a partnership to help keep our community healthy.
In 2009 the Giants designated HackensackUMC as “The Hometown Hospital of the New York Giants” and HackensackUMC is been proud to care for its players, coaches and executive team.
In 2011 Giants Super Bowl MVP Phil Simms joined the team as a member of the HackensackUMC Foundation’s Board of Governors, as a spokesperson for the TD Fund, and to support the HackensackUMC GAMEPLAN for Health Series.
Together, Hackensack University Medical Center, the Giants and Phil Simms are helping lead through these important initiatives supporting fundraising for research and enhancing our community’s health.
Touchdown Fund
The Giants and the HackensackUMC Foundation have teamed up to create “The Touchdown Fund: Score for Kids, Cardiac & Cancer” – a charitable partnership that raises money for the Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital, the Hearth & Vascular Hospital and the John Theurer Cancer Center at HackensackUMC.
