Dr. Mark Fagelman and Dr. Elliot Fagelman Join the Faculty Practice Affiliate of Hackensack University Health Network

Hackensack University Health Network is pleased to welcome Mark Fagelman, M.D., urologist, and Elliot Fagelman, M.D., urologist, to the faculty practice affiliate of Hackensack University Health Network. Dr. Mark Fagelman and Dr. Elliot Fagelman have more than 50 years of combined experience in the full-time practice of urology. They are based in Pomona, NY.
Dr. Mark Fagelman has almost 40 years of clinical experience. His special interests include diagnostic and therapeutic urological procedures. He is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Urology and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Elliot Fagelman joined Dr. Mark Fagelman in private practice in 2001. He specializes in general urology. He is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Urology and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Mark Fagelman graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine (Detroit, MI). He completed an internship and served as a medical officer at the U.S. Public Health Service (Norfolk, VA). He completed his urology residency at Montefiore Hospital (Bronx, NY).
Dr. Elliot Fagelman graduated from Vassar College (Poughkeepsie, NY) and received his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse (Syracuse, NY). He completed his surgical internship and additional general surgery training at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center (New York, NY) and his urology training at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY).
Dr. Michael Degan joined Dr. Mark Fagelman and Dr. Elliot Fagelman in August 2013. Dr. Degan is also a member of the faculty practice affiliate of Hackensack University Health Network. He specializes in laparoscopy and endourology.
HackensackUMC’s Department of Urology is comprised of physicians with extensive clinical and academic experience in the field of urology.
