HackensackUMC Foundation Hosts Annual Golf Outing

The HackensackUMC Foundation recently held the 19th Annual Golf Outing at the Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus.

(PARAMUS, NJ, July 27)  More than 300 golfers hit the links recently for the HackensackUMC Foundation 19th Annual Invitational Golf Outing at the Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus.

Proceeds from this year’s event, which raised more than $825,000, will benefit the essential research and clinical fellowship programs at Hackensack University Medical Center.

“I want to thank everyone for supporting Hackensack University Medical Center and the Foundation’s annual golf outing,” said Robert C. Garrett, co-CEO, Hackensack Meridian Health.

“This event was the most successful golf outing to date for the HackensackUMC Foundation. The funds raised will enable HackensackUMC to continue providing the exceptional services and programs we offer to the community and our patients each and every day, when it matters most.”

This year’s golf outing had two shotgun starts.  Top sponsors of the event were Inserra Supermarkets, Inc, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and Healthgrades®.  Prestige Motors was the exclusive automotive sponsor. Prestige along with D’Amore Jewelers in Cliffside Park sponsored the Hole in Ones.
