Genna W. Klein, M.D. joins HackensackUMC as a pediatric endocrinologist at the Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital.

Hackensack University Medical Center is pleased toannounce that Genna W. Klein, M.D. has joined the medical staff. She serves as a pediatric endocrinologist at the Molly Center for Children with Diabetes and Endocrine Disorders at the Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital at HackensackUMC.  

Dr. Klein received her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. She completed her pediatric internship, residency, chief residency and pediatric endocrinology fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, NY. Dr. Klein is board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric endocrinology. She is a member of the Pediatric Endocrine Society and the Endocrine Society.

Prior to joining HackensackUMC, Dr. Klein served as an assistant professor of Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and as an attending physician at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in Bronx, NY.  Her expertise encompasses pediatric endocrine disorders and she is especially interested in interventions to improve patient adherence.
