News 12 New Jersey: Zika Virus

New Jersey has reported 127 cases of the Zika virus, an increase of 30 from nearly a month ago. The state Health Department said all of the cases were travel-related.
Bergen County reported 25 Zika cases and Passaic County reported 21 cases. The two counties have the highest number of cases in the state. Julia A. Piwoz, MD, chief, Section of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at The Joseph M. Sanzari Children's Hospital at HackensackUMC, discusses precautions that travelers should take, including after they return home.
