Audiology - Our Services

Our pediatric audiologists are involved in diagnosing, treating, and providing a diversity of services, including diagnostic, rehabilitation, and outreach services relating to permanent and temporary hearing loss.  Using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques we offer complete audiological assessments using both behavioral and electrophysiological (ABRs and OAEs) measures.  Other diagnostic testing includes Central Auditory Processing testing, evaluations for hearing aids and other related devices, and neurological ABRs and balance testing (ENG/VNG) for both children and adults.  We are particularly proud to offer a Cochlear Implant program serving both pediatric and adult patients with severe to profound hearing loss.
Situated in this premier Medical Center, the Audiology Department routinely functions as an interdisciplinary practice by working closely with The Department of Otolaryngology, The Institute of Child Development, and the Genetics Service.
