Pediatric Weight Management Program

A comprehensive program that addresses topics such as emotional and social eating, self-esteem, coping with social pressures, and learning to make healthy food choices.  Our goal is to improve physical and emotional well-being in our participants in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Program includes:

  • A 12 week program for boys and girls ages 8-18
  • Two hour session meet twice per week
  • Access to comprehensive medical team
  • Behavioral therapy with a licensed clinical psychologist and child life specialist
  • Personalized exercise training
  • Nutritional education and counseling
  • Family-centered approach
  • Parent involvement
  • Peer support
  • Meal planning and cooking tips
  • Family and individual session with a registered dietitian
  • Evaluation and tailored exercise instruction with physical therapists
