Hackensack University Medical Center has long been committed to the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Our programs in interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, and stroke care have consistently placed us in the top 5% of hospitals in the nation, and earned us high marks with independent ratings agencies. Additionally, The Society of Chest Pain Center has honored the Heart & Vascular Hospital as an Accredited Chest Pain Center. And we are currently ranked within the top 50 heart hospitals in the country by U.S. News and World Report.
