Friends of Hackensack University Medical Center

The Friends of Hackensack University Medical Center held its first Women’s Health Night featuring talks on health care issues specific to women. Lisa A. Tank, M.D., FACP, chief medical officer of Hackensack University Medical Center, discussed the specialized women’s health care services available at Hackensack University Medical Center. Issues regarding women’s urology were addressed by Debra Fromer, M.D., chief of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center, and Michelle J. Kim, M.D., chief of Prostatic Disorders and Pelvic Tumors at Hackensack University Medical Center. In addition, Carla Simonian, M.D., faculty director of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hackensack University Medical Center, discussed concerns related to menopause. Following the talks, an informative and lively Q&A was held.
