Cancer experts provided insight for cancer prevention. “Eat a diet that’s low in fat, high in fiber and rich in fruits and vegetables,” says Deena Graham, M.D., an oncologist at John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center. “I believe in eating in moderation, not in fad diets. Eat a chocolate chip cookie if you want it. It’s not going to cause breast cancer, but just make sure that you are eating enough vegetables that cover the color of the rainbow.”
