St. George’s University, Hackensack University Medical Center Award Prestigious Medical School Scholarship to New Jersey Resident

St. George’s University has announced it will award New Jersey resident Timothy Malone a 2019 CityDoctors scholarship on behalf of Hackensack University Medical Center, which became a partner in St. George’s CityDoctors scholarship program in August 2012. The scholarship is available to students seeking admission to the January class of the St. George’s University School of Medicine.[1] Malone’s scholarship will cover four years of tuition. Mark D. Sparta, FACHE, president and chief hospital executive of Hackensack University Medical Center and executive vice president, Population Health at Hackensack Meridian Health, says the medical center is pleased to continue its unique and successful partnership with St. George’s University.  The CityDoctors scholarship program is open to residents of Bergen County, Hackensack University Medical Center team members and their immediate family members.
