Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship


The pulmonary critical care fellowship at Hackensack University Medical Center offers a comprehensive clinical experience in a large tertiary referral center for a 13 hospital network, close to New York city.  With a nationally recognized heart and vascular hospital, a NCI designated Cancer Center and a trauma center,  fellows receive one on one training  in a fast-paced, high acuity clinical learning environment.  The pulmonary experience offers training in diverse pulmonary pathology and the most advanced pulmonary interventions.

The program has trained more than 34 board-certified geriatricians since its inception in 1996 and trains fellows to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care that is sensitive to each patient’s unique needs.
