A Message From Our Chief Clinical and Patient Care Officer
Nursing, the largest group at the forefront of care delivery, is the backbone of frontline care. Our nurses are renowned for achieving Magnet® recognition for Nursing Excellence, the highest honor that can be bestowed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. We were the first in New Jersey and the second in the country to receive this designation – a true testament to the quality of care and your aim to pursue excellence in professional nursing practice.
Every day, our nurses go beyond what is expected of them – leveraging opportunities to share ideas amongst their colleagues while applying creative, innovative clinical approaches in their practice. They not only provide care, but also are involved in research, publications, medical missions, community service, scholarly and academic associations and national/international presentations. Empowered by an environment that encourages, recognizes and rewards hard work and groundbreaking ideas, we ignite our passion to provide the highest quality care and advance the nursing profession. As Chief Clinical and Patient Care Officer for one of the top hospitals in the nation, I am proud to surround myself with hardworking, dedicated and unwavering individuals who have made their passion, their life.
