When will I receive a bill?
Generally, bills for services rendered are sent after third parties (e.g. insurance companies, Medicare Intermediaries) have been billed and claims have been adjudicated.
If you have insurance and are receiving bills or statements from us, please review the document to see if your insurance company has paid its portion of your bill.. If your insurer has paid a portion of the bill, the balance may represent your deductible, co-insurance and/or non-covered services. The balance due may also represent the non- payment of claim.
Please check with your insurer to confirm covered services and out–of-pocket deductible and co-insurance.
