Additional personal training, semi-private training, and small group training options are also available.

What to Expect

As part of your membership, spend two hours with one of our highly qualified fitness professionals to discuss your goals, review your medical history and go through the Functional Movement Screen. The fitness professional will assess the information and create a safe and effective workout routine.
