Project Healthy Bones Exercise and Education Program
Osteoporosis is a disease that thins and weakens the bones. Your bones become fragile and can break easily, especially those in the hip, spine, and wrist. In the United States, millions of people either already have osteoporosis or are at high risk due to low bone mass.
Join us for this 24-week exercise and education program for adults with or at risk for osteoporosis. We’ll teach you how to exercise large muscle groups so you can improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Your bones will thank you for it!
