The Specialty of Adult Medicine.
The division of General Internal Medicine is certified in both Inpatient and Outpatient Medicine. The division provides the continuity and coordination of care of the whole patient from Inpatient, to Sub-acute, to long term care, to home, to the ambulatory setting in conjunction with our Sub-Specialty colleagues. We offer age appropriate screening, diagnosing and treatment of Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, Cancer, Depression, and hyperlipidemia. Our care team is comprised of physicians, case management, social services, and care coordinators.
