I.D. Outreach Program

The program’s most immediate goal is to provide medical care to the patient. Additionally, and oftentimes just as critical, the team provides assistance with accessing entitlements, making referrals to specialists, connecting patients with an internist, educating about HIV, prevention and treatment and arranging counseling for the psychological and emotional issues that accompany this diagnosis.
